Embark on an adventure along the River Avon as the Festival of Nature takes to the water this June!
The Festival of Nature gives wildlife-lovers of all ages a unique opportunity to discover and enjoy the natural world, featuring a line-up of hands-on activities, amazing river art and performance, workshops, celebrity talks, live entertainment, local market stalls and much more.
Bristol Harbourside, 11th & 12th June
More than 100 organisations fill the Harbourside with the wonders of nature, allowing you to explore wild woodlands, urban jungles, and wonderful wetlands, following a river from source to sea without leaving the city centre! This lively weekend will culminate in a spectacle of colour and sound at 4pm on June 12th as the Festival sets sail from the Harbourside towards the city of Bath.
Keynsham Bandstand, 19th June
Catch Dreamshed Theatre's unique performance of Wind in the Willows, then follow Mole, Badger, Ratty and Toad to hands-on workshops and activities around the park, where you can unveil some of the best kept secrets of the riverbank.
Royal Victoria Park, Bath, 25th June.
The grand finale! Watch the Festival procession as it winds its way to the main event in Royal Victoria Park, where you can join Fine Chisel theatre company for their family-friendly show 'Flit, Flap & Fly' inside a giant nest, take part in activities and try mouth-watering local food and refreshments
